Advanced

Basic Skills 4-6

In Basic Skills 4–6, skaters continue to build on the strong groundwork established in earlier levels, refining the essential techniques that shape every great skater—no matter their future path. These levels dive deeper into edges, turns, crossovers, and backward skating, focusing on control, power, and precision. Each class is thoughtfully structured to strengthen balance, coordination, and confidence in a fun, supportive, and social environment. With patient instruction and encouragement, skaters progress at their own pace, mastering each skill as they prepare to transition to more advanced skating.

Pre-Free Skate and Free Skate

After mastering the fundamentals, skaters enter the figure-skating focused Pre-Free Skate and Free Skate levels—where their hard-earned foundation transforms into artistry, agility, and athleticism. Each level introduces a variety of progressive elements such as transitions, spins, and jumps, all designed to elevate technique while maintaining a focus on quality and control.

Taught in a positive and engaging group format—such as Aspire programs, circuit classes, or introductory training sessions—these classes inspire skaters to push their limits, express themselves on the ice, and prepare for the next exciting stage of their skating journey.
